Step-by-Step Guide on How to Use Ring Noodle
Although the majority of our customers find the Ring Noodle user-friendly, customers occasionally ask for more detailed instructions on how to use the product correctly. In this simple 3-Step Guide, I'll show you how Ring Noodle can easily make your ring fit again.
Step 1: Place ring against Ring Noodle side with slit

Look closely and you'll notice that one side of the Ring Noodle has a slit (the convex/outer side). Start by sliding the ring part-way into this side. After you have it started most of the way, move on to Step 2.
Step 2: Flip the Ring Noodle around

Once you have the Ring Noodle part-way on the ring, flip it around on the ring so that the convex/outer side matches the curvature of the ring. The Ring Noodle should fit perfectly snug against your ring (as long as you ordered the right size, of course). You might be done with installing the Ring Noodle at this point, but if you find that it is too long or that the fit is too tight, move onto the optional Step 3.
(Optional) Step 3: Cut the Ring Noodle to length using scissors

You may find that Ring Noodles are slightly longer in length than may be necessary for your specific ring size reduction purposes, this is to ensure that the product is able to fit as many rings as possible. Ring Noodle is incredibly durable, however, a regular pair of household scissors will work just fine to cut the Noodle down to the right length for your needs. Doing this will also slightly lessen the amount of size reduction.
(Compare the images for Steps 2 and 3 and you'll notice the difference between the length of the Ring Noodle before and after being trimmed down.)
You're done! You now have a customized, perfectly fitting ring guard/ring size reducer. If you have any further questions or comments, feel free to contact us at info@ring-guard.com.
